A student group says campus pot penalties are encouraging CSU's drinking culture

On a gray and windy Friday afternoon with the temperature around 35 degrees, most Colorado State students are moving quickly between classes. Outside the entrance to the Lory Student Center, CSU junior Jessica Morgan is trying to get them to slow down long enough to sign a petition in favor of reducing campus penalties for marijuana.
