FACT:  Like alcohol, marijuana is an intoxicant and may cause temporary impairment, and – like

           alcohol – that’s why most people use it. Otherwise, marijuana users are typically

           productive members of society. Even if marijuana did make people stupid/forgetful/lazy,

           it is not a crime to be stupid/forgetful/lazy. Alcohol, on the other hand, contributes to

           violent and aggressive behavior, such as fighting, domestic abuse, sexual assault. I’d

           prefer people take their chances with laziness.
