FACT:  There is no evidence that suggests marijuana use contributes to crime, whereas there is

           a wealth of data linking alcohol to hundreds of thousands of violent crimes each year,

           including assaults, sexual assaults and domestic abuse. It should be a crime that adults

           are not allowed to make the safer choice to use marijuana instead of alcohol, if that’s

           what they prefer.
